Our purpose
NCR has thousands of coding jobs and thousands of graduates who could fill them, yet many learners finish short courses unable to pass an employer's coding test. We set out to close that gap with training that teaches the reasoning behind every code and prepares learners for the actual hiring process.
How we teach

- Both outpatient and inpatient coverage so learners choose tracks knowingly
- Chart practice reviewed with written rationale
- Compliance, HIPAA and ethics taught alongside coding
- Interview preparation based on real NCR hiring rounds
Trainers
Classes are led by credentialed coding professionals with long experience in US coding, auditing and documentation across professional, facility, inpatient and risk adjustment work.
